Bio: I am a Senior UC Solutions Engineer in general..but specifically I am a Middleware Developer who crafts your data into a representational state for your Self-Service Voice Applications and/or Contact Center. My tools currently consist of the Java Programming Language in combination with Cisco's IP IVR and Contact Center Express Platform. So that's my day job..On the occasion, I need tools to make my job easier, I've been known to also use the Python programming language to automate all of the things...On request, I could make a widget for you...more practice for me..and better productivity for you!

  2. Hello Sam and thank you for your contributions to the voice world. Tell me have you thought about developing a script which will automate the entire process of setting up an extension mobility user in call manager? Or other such day to day tasks in CUCM so I can sit back and work on more devops while my computer does all the heavy lifting.
